TC Review delivers a phone call to answer your questions within 4 business days of engagement to answer questions about a signed contract, or a document to which you are otherwise legally bound.
TC Drafting
Unsigned document
TC Drafting delivers a custom-drafted document within 10 business days of engagement when you need a document drafted or a modification to an existing document.
TIER®
Title Insurance Exceptions Review®
TIER delivers a legal opinion within 4 business days of engagement when you have questions about County Recorder’s Office documents.
TIER Plus®
Land Use Questions
TIER Plus delivers a legal opinion within 10 business days of engagement for questions about federal, state, tribal, or local land use rules, regulations, or laws.

The Green Light System®
The Green Light System is a tool TC Certified attorneys apply to TIER and TIER Plus opinion letters for immediate and intuitive understanding by the client of the legal analysis.
Traditional Service
TC Certified attorneys recommend one of the solutions described above or use traditional services, depending on the client’s legal circumstance. Turnaround times will necessarily vary with traditional service.
