Our Mission

Real Legal Advice®’s mission is to be the go-to lead generation system for real estate attorneys. By delivering legal advice to homebuyers and sellers when it’s most valuable — during the real estate transaction — TC Certified® attorneys earn unparalleled return on investment, reduce their reliance on litigation, and enjoy career satisfaction knowing their skillset is being put to its highest-and-best use!

Rainmakers and senior attorneys find the small, discrete matters generated by Real Legal Advice not just a reliable profit center, but an ideal learning laboratory. Associates learn the rudiments of real estate law while mastering basic business skills, meeting aggressive deadlines, and carrying limited malpractice risk.

Solos and semi-retireds enjoy independence, premium earning power, and low net-bad-debt.

There’s no question the market for residential legal solutions is robust. The only question is, Are you up to the challenge?

Our Story

After conducting thousands of client interviews, real estate attorney Art Macomber grew disheartened by the number of avoidable legal issues his clients faced—problems that could’ve been prevented for “pennies on the dollar” before the close of escrow.

Real Legal Advice and sister site Timely Contract were conceived out of a determination to change the way the legal industry serves homebuyers, sellers, and associated industries like title and real estate brokerages.

At Real Legal Advice, we’re committed to supporting the American Dream of home ownership and financial security by equipping real estate attorneys to meet the real estate transaction’s need for speed.
